If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we offer a 30-day return period from the date of delivery. To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team, who will provide you with instructions on how to return the item and a return authorization number. It is essential to retain the original packaging and any accompanying materials in order for the product to be eligible for a full refund. Items should be returned in their original condition, unused and unaltered, along with proof of purchase.

Please note that shipping charges incurred during the original purchase are non-refundable. In addition, return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to a defective item or a shipping error on our part. Once we receive the returned item, we will process your refund within 7-10 business days to the original payment method. Depending on your financial institution, processing times may vary.

For products that have been opened or used but are still in resalable condition, we may allow a partial refund based on the condition of the item. Items deemed unsellable may not be eligible for a refund. We reserve the right to inspect returned items to determine eligibility for a refund.

Returned products that meet our quality standards may be restocked and made available for resale to other customers. These items will undergo a quality check to ensure they are suitable for customer use.
